The gorgeous Shropshire wedding of Hayley and Daniel was held at St Mary’s church in Selattyn near Oswestry, their stunning reception took place on Hayley’s family country farm set in the lovely Shropshire countryside. What an amazing setting for a country wedding, the sun was out the sky was blue and it was getting hotter by the minute. I was in for a real treat for this wedding, I knew I was going to get some amazing photos. I met up with Hayley and her bridesmaids at the farm house for the bridal preparations and all was cool and quiet. After a few introductions and photos, I ventured outside to checkout the marquee and all the details Hayley had worked hard arranging and in some case making. It all looked fantastic, the family had worked especially hard getting ready for this day.

Just before the ceremony, I met up with Daniel and the rest of the guests at the pub across the road from St Mary’s church, after cooling their nerves with a refreshing drink I took them over to the church for a few photos before the guests arrived, the church looked fantastic and took the opportunity for some cool walking shots down the long path to the church entrance. Once all the guests were seated I waited to capture Hayley and her fathers arrival. Shortly after I got some lovely photos of Hayley and her bridesmaids together and they all looked stunning.

After the ceremony and a few photos at the church, we all headed over to the family farm for the wedding reception, for the photos I took advantage to the lush green fields and blue skies for a lot of the shots and they all looked perfect. The light was just how I like it, especially the photos in the farmhouse garden. After the wedding breakfast, during the fading light, I took them out for a few more photos before sunset and I just love the warmth in the light.
