Frequently asked questions

How do we arrange a consultation?
Just email us via our contact page and I will arrange a suitable time and location with you.

Where do we meet you?
Wherever is convenient for you, I can come to your home or your wedding venue to make things easier you.

Which areas do you cover?
We cover North East Wales, the Wirral and Cheshire. We can accommodate other locations, just ask.

Do we have to pay a booking fee?
If you do wish to book with us, there is a £400 booking fee to secure the date, this is a non-refundable retainer. The balance is due one month prior to your wedding.

How can we pay?
We accept bank transfers and cheque payments.

Do you accept last minute bookings?
Yes, just contact us as soon as you can to check we are available.

We are worried that our venue doesn’t allow flash photography during the service, can you still take photos?
We use professional digital cameras and lenses that are suitable for dim conditions, without a need for flash.

How many photos do you take?
We can take over 1000 photos at a wedding, but we aim to give you up to 500 of the best.

Do you take black and white photos?
We use the latest Canon digital cameras and we provide the images in colour & black and white.

When do we get the finished photos?
We aim to get the photos ready within 3 weeks of your wedding day. But please bear with us during the busy summer months.

Can we order a wedding album?
Of course, we have a range of fantastic albums to get the very best out of your stunning photos. You can choose all the photos you want via our online gallery and I can get the album design proofs over to you within two weeks for approval. Once you are happy, we can proceed with the order. Dont leave your photos locked up inside a computer.
