Caroline and Stuart's wedding was one of my first weddings of 2011 and what a great way to start the year off at the fantastic Rookery Hall Hotel in Cheshire. Despite the chilly March weather, the sun was out and it felt more like a hot summers day which really helped the champaign go down...with the guests that is, as tempting as the offers were.
